Although a comparatively young company, Elton homes was founded by four directors who have a wealth of experience in property development and construction.

One of these directors has been developing high quality property in the area for over twenty years and has been involved in building some of the most prestigious and sought after houses in the locality.

The area in which Elton Home primarily operates is that contained with a triangle from the western edge of Peterborough to Stamford and Oundle. Within this are contained many beautiful, unspoilt villages and yet there is excellent access to road, rail links to London , the Midlands and the North.
